New PDF Editor: Process is getting stuck while trying to download a single submission.

    I am unable to download forms that have been completed into PDF's. I can see that the data is there, but when we try to turn the completed form into a PDF, the screen stays on the loading page and nothing loads. I tried to download the PDF as it is loading, which did not work also. A blank form was downloaded.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.

    I have been testing this and I can see the issue happens when you try to download the submission from this form https://www.jotform.us/form/82705483710153

    I will report this issue to our second level so our developers can have a look on this, we will keep you updated via this thread.
