I have just tested the form at the bottom of this page:
The test registers as a submission on jotform but I did not receive a notification. However, the secondary notification e-mail did receive an e-mail.
I also have forms on a lot of other websites, none of which appear to be working in terms of notification to my e-mail address. I have just tested the form on this page.
Checking the utility, I see two “unread” e-mails for this form, but I had no notification on either one (I have checked my junk mail file directory).
I have been using JotForm for a several years and am a Premum User.
It is critical that I am able to receive these notifications.

I'm also getting no emails and no confirmation screens, redirect urls, or standard post-submit messages.

Can you please let us know what is the e-mail address which is not receiving the notifications? We'll be glad to look into it for you!

There has been no change to the e-mail account for many years and the set ups on my forms have not changed to the best of my knowledge.

It seems the email address is in our bounce list upon checking which may cause this issue for not receiving email notification from your form. I will now remove it for you and it should be working fine by now.
