Your account has been auto suspended by our phishing tool as your form is asking for an email and a password which is used to steal accounts.

Sorry but we are unable to reactivate the account.

    Hi,

I believe you may have been trying to create a password protected form.  I checked your account and the rest of your forms and it does not appear as though you are using your account for phishing.  Keep in mind that having a field in your form labeled "Password" will more than likely result in your account being suspended.  I would recommend renaming this field to something such as "Entry Code" or something to that nature.

I removed the form with the "Password" field and reactivated your account.  Let us know if there is something else we can do for you and we will be happy to help.
