Jotform not working

    Hi,

     

    we still don´t get mails on our account jotform@frischediaet.de. If we can´t fix te problem the next days we have to cancle our subscription. we really liked the service at the beginning but now it kind of sucks.

    I will check it right away, but I need a link to affected form.

    Please post a link there, so that we will be able to proceed with the further investigation.

    In addition to my colleague, your email was in our bounce list and it appears that one of our colleagues have already removed it.

    I have made a test submission and based on our mail logs the notification mail was successfully sent to your email.
