Form submissions not recording

    I have received 4 submissions on my form over the last 2 days but none are showing under submissions in my account. I need to solve asap as it is customers registering for a prize draw!

     Just to add here - all questions are mandatory on my form so users must be answering the questions in order to submit. It is their answers that are not showing.

    I checked your account and noticed you're under an EU zone, I can see you have also shared forms, please make sure both accounts have moved the data to our EU datacenter, you may check this on the data section of your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

    Hi Kevin. I'm confused how I make sure my account are in the EU data centre, when I follow that link that box is already ticked.

    The forms you provided are shared with your account and were created on the account TravisPerkins. You are storing your data in EU, but the main account user TravisPerkins is not storing the data in EU. 

    Both accounts have to store the data in the same data center so that you can view the submissions that are shared with you. So, you have to uncheck the Europe Datacenter option on your account or the user TravisPerkins has to check it. Considering that both of you are located in EU, I would suggest you to tell the main account user TravisPerkins to check Europe Datacenter option on his account.
