Can I request separate answers in a row to a single question like in a table?

    For example:

Question: Enter the following information for each system in your network

PC Name     IP Address    Subnet Mask

I'm not sure about this but I do not you can shrink form fiels to make them side-by-side with the questions on top.

Please refer to this link: http://www.jotform.com/help/90-Form-Field-Positioning

If that does not help please let me know for further assistance.

You can  use the Matrix field in order to accomplish that.  Simply change the input type to Text Box

You can also  check the answer one of our representatives provided on this thread  in order give a more cutomized version

However, the option that yasincoproductions suggested should also work

Thank you to yasincoproductions and janettebnz.  Actually, I will be using both solutions for separate cases.  For single-row cases, shrinkings the fields is good.  For multi-rwo cases, the matrix with the "text box" type is the right solution.

When the number of rows needed is not known, I will use either solution in combination with "conditional logic".
