    Our forms don't see to work for people in the UK. They show up just fine but when they hit the subit button they get an error.  We are up to the 3rd and 4th customer to point this out.

    Do you know of any issues with the UK.

    Here is a link to our form.

    Please updaye your form's embed code to this new one and tell me if it helps at all:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/11295509072" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:809px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Please let me know if this helps.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I did not hear about any issues with the UK users. Is there are any error message that we can check?

    You may follow @yasincoproductions advise, and update your forms iFrame codes on the page. We have recently added some little improvements to the fresh iFrame codes.
