Did not receive email

    Hi, i have setup email alert notification to my business email address:


    But the email still goes to my personal email: racheltan.y@gmail.com


    Kindly help to advise. thanks

    There are two notification email alerts set on your form aside from
    the auto responder. The first email alert is set to gmail account and
    the second email alert is set to your business email address.

    If you want to have the notification email sent just to the business
    address you can just edit the Recipient email address of the first
    notification alert. I also made a test email on the form to the business
    email and the mail log results indicates that the notification was sent out.
    Please do check your Spam or Bulk it might have been stored
    on these folders.
