We use jotform for our applications. Is it possible to have our recommendation letters that are currently received separately to be tied to the application itself?

 To tie the recommendation letters to the form, you can add the recommendation data to a spreadsheet and populate it on the form using the Spreadsheet to Form Widget.

If you wish to combine the data already submitted from 2 different forms, you can use the Combine Submissions App to relate the two sets of submissions received from different forms.
