I have the phone # field on my form. When I fill it in and submit the form (so I can review it) all fields are emailed to me EXCEPT the phone #. Why is this happening? Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help.

The reason why this is happening is because you have not added such field, please either add the field manually by editing your email alert
Or you can just simply rebuild your email alert
