Is there a way to have the forms sent from the customer's email rather than from "no reply JotForm"? The customer is already giving their email address on the form, can that be linked to be the sender?

This is possible. However, the problem may arise when your e-mail provider tries to match the e-mail address to our JotMail IPs. The difference between these may have your notifications return as spam.
I would suggest maybe including the e-mail or name of your user in the subjectline.
