How do I change my form to be used more than once?

    How do I make my form re-usable? It is only allowing for 1 entry per person.

    You'll need to disable "Unique Submissions" if it's only allowing one entry per person. Please refer to our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form on how to.
