Please unsubscribe my email in JotForm

Last time; I requested for completely removal of bit bounce from blocking my emails and responded they unsubscribed this; unfortunately this is not working as important emails disappear before reading them.Your services are no longer wanted by me make cure you remove my email address in your systems. No longer interested. From Asarf Daka
