I have accidentally cancelled my premium subscription plan and want to subscribe again. when trying to re-subscribe my account states that i m already in premium plan. Please advise!!

Hello Kathir. I noticed that you've made (4) subscription attempts today which had been declined by Paypal. Can you check your account in Paypal and see if you have enough funds there, or the details you are providing are correct. Or if you have a credit card, I prefer that you use that one instead.
I've set your account status to Free again so you can try to make an upgrade.

I have a credit card but sumhoe my payment attempt is getting declined. i m working with my bank to resolve this asap. thanks for your help
