In order for your form to prevent such an error, it is important that you set up the Square payment integration in your form correctly. Please make sure that you have connected your Square account and you have selected a Business Location.

Apologies for any inconvenience, however, it is probably not working right now because of the Square Integration being disconnected.
I see two active forms in your account. Both have Square payment integration, but the form in question is not connected with your Stripe account.
Please connect your Stripe account to the Square payment field in this form also — https://form.jotform.com/82917789670172
