Account downgraded to Free even though I have an active subscription

    I DO NOT have a FREE account.. I have upgraded it and paid for a years worth.. WHY do I keep getting my account saying this?????

    I keep having issues and at this point I am about to be done with it and go back to my old way of collecting orders.
    Please help me get this resolved,

    It looks like one of the other monthly subscriptions you had previously send a downgrade notice and resulted in the account being downgraded to Free.  I reapplied your Gold Yearly subscription and it should now show correctly for your account.  Your forms have been activated and should be usable again.
