I DO NOT have a FREE account.. I have upgraded it and paid for a years worth.. WHY do I keep getting my account saying this?????
I keep having issues and at this point I am about to be done with it and go back to my old way of collecting orders.Please help me get this resolved,Bridgette -

It looks like one of the other monthly subscriptions you had previously send a downgrade notice and resulted in the account being downgraded to Free. I reapplied your Gold Yearly subscription and it should now show correctly for your account. Your forms have been activated and should be usable again.
