I want my email taken off bitbounce

I want my email taken off bitbounce i never wanted it. I have not been able to get emails because of it, saying the person will get charged in order for me to get it.

To clarify, you wanted to remove your email address from our bounce list?

I have checked your email address Shellnt**e@yahoo.com and it is not in our bounce list.

May we know  the email address you want to remove from our bounce list?
