    Add a new e-mail to receive notifications

    The form is this one: http://form.jotformeu.com/form/23135680573353 and I what as first e-mail notification this address: leonardodavinci@qualidadebasto.pt I add it several times and I only get the notification on my principal e-mail of the log in Jotform that is hugoribeiro@adamastor.org.pt

    I would like that all my forms have my e-mail address (hugoribeiro@adamastor.org.pt) as second e-mail notification and I need to use different e-mails on the other forms but until now without sucess.

    Please help is very urgent.

    I have tested a clone of your form and I was able to receive the notification on my e-mail address. Here is the result of my test:
