I have stopped receiving emails from Jot Form

    When our company first signed up for Jot Form we received emails when a form was created and when it was edited. About a month or two ago we stopped receiving them. We have upgraded the account thinking our free trial had ended and was causing this to happen. Why are we not receiving emails?
