Good Afternoon All,
I designing a study where participants will need to access a webpage that represents a fictitious hospital. I'm trying to make the webpage as realistic as possible, but then it occurred to me that some individuals that may inadvertently access the website may think it is real. Thus, I wanted to create a form where individuals must agree to conditions specified in a form before continuing onto the website.
I have created the form, but when I searched through the support, I only found questions concerning "pop-up" forms associated with a click. Is there a way to create this type of form?
A little more information - I'm using rapidweaver for designing the webpage. The website is www.summit-hospital.com
