Why Am I Not Receiving A Notification Email

    Hello,

     

    Whenever I send a form from either of the two forms on my website im not getting a notification sent through. I have tried another email address, still nothing.

     

    My host claims not to search emails for SPAM so that should be the issue. I looked on the forum and read related posts. I started a new form from scratch with a new notification added, Nothing.

     

    It adds the submisions to a google doc like i requested but im just not getting an email.

     

    Any Ideas?

    Your i***@villaspringfield.co.uk email address was added to our bounced list due to the following reason:

    5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.1 recipient rejected' 

    Now we have removed your email from the bounced list.

    I would like to recommend you to configure your Email Notifications as described in the following article:

    How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues

    Then, whitelist noreply@jotform.com email address.
