Is there a way to prevent "EDIT: " being added to the beginning of email notification subject lines when a form is resubmitted?

Asked by sunilv on January 04, 2013 at 08:09 PM

For example, the first time it a from is submitted, I get an email notification with the subject:

    "Golf13_Winged Foot Golf Club_Invite"

Then, when the person uses the edit link to go back and edit the form, the second email I get ahs the subject:

    "EDIT: Golf13_Winged Foot Golf Club_Invite"

Is there a way to prevent the "EDIT: " part being added on resubmissions?
    Thanks! Sunil

Hello sunilv.  It's not possible to prevent "EDIT:" from appearing on the subject line for notifications for edited submissions.  This is an identifier that the submitted data is an existing submission that was edited.

Please do let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
