When testing form, the project gets created in Asana, however, no information is included in the project. Then tried to use form to create a task within a project and still no information is given about the form. Can you troubleshoot this or am I missing something?

I noticed you have not mapped Jotform Fields with your Asana tags. You may refer to the screenshot here:

Do let us know if you are still not able to get task created after mapping the fields.
