I'm really confused by this, I absolutely 100% opted to only store our data in the EU when we were going through GDPR - I was given an option and selected it.

Jotform has changed beyond recognition lately and I'm really perturbed that our data is still being hosted on US websites.  I signed the GDPR addendum in the knowledge that our data had been moved to EU Servers.

I don't understand why we don't just have one business account for Adelante Software Ltd with multiple users - why do we have to have sub accounts with individual settings.

When you add a sub-user account, you have two options for sharing. You can select to Share all forms or Select a form from the list. If you have chosen the second option, then that would cause them to see the forms that you've ticked only. If you want to share all forms, you need to select the first option (Share all forms).

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the link, but the Submission Date, IP, and the Submission ID are not shown in the direct link of the forms. They are only generated as soon as the form is submitted and it is only available to your end by default.

If you meant that sub-users cannot see the rest of the information such as those data from the fields, you will need to ask them to check if they have opted to store their data to our EU DataCenter. Since you do not check this option from your account, they needed to uncheck the same option to their end in order to view your submissions page.

Ask them to check the option here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

You can transfer your data to EU servers by going to your account DATAhttps://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data then check store my data only in Europe.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/eu-safe-forms/

Do note that sub-users has their own account and own settings. This would let you specify what forms or how much access would you give the sub-user to your form.

For more information regarding sub-users, you can check this link:https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User

    Hope this information helps.
