Hello, it looks like overnight someone or some-bot has submitted over 100 submissions to my website jotform with the project details "AAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSS."

Can you please advise on how to prevent future spammers, block email addresses like this one and can you please clear my submissions so that my account is not compromised and I can still receive form submissions from legitimate customers?

    Thank you,

Kindly add captcha fields in your form to prevent spammers.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/205-How-to-Add-a-Captcha-Field

You may also use unique submissions to prevent multiple submissions from the same user.

    Guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

I have also reset your submissions . Kindly make the changes in your form and delete the spam submissions.

If you need further assistance, let us know.

We can login to your account and disable the form . This would prevent further submissions. You can enable your form again when you're in your office.

Please confirm if we can proceed with the suggestion.

    Thank you.

I have added the CAPTCHA to all of my Jot form submissions. It still says
that I'm at my limit and I need to upgrade. Can you please clear the
submissions so I can start using my forms on my website again?

I have reduced your submissions counter, you may delete the spam in order to free up the storage limit on your account.

    Thanks.
