How do I find the height and width of my code for Wix?

Asked by candace100 on January 05, 2013 at 03:37 PM

When I insert the code of my form on Wix, Wix asks for the height and width and states that it usually found in the code.  I don't see it.  Please advise.  My form is not working on my Wix site and I am trying to figure out why. If you want to look at my site, the forms were loaded on the Advertise and Sell pages.  Thank you.

Simple use the iframe code. If you would kindly give me your form ID or URL i'll give you the code you need. I'll wait. You could also just go to the setup & embed part of the form builder and get the iframe code there.

I'll wait for a response, have a good one.

Thanks for your response.  I followed the guide and it is still not working.  You can view what it is doing on www.prommissstore.com.  I inserted one form on the Advertise page and one on the Selling page.  The one on the Selling page isn't correct and the one on the Advertise page doesn't show up at all.

Hello candace100.  Since the width of the form is always set to 100%, then you will need to check your form's width via JotForm's form builder (edit your form).  Go to Form Style tab and see the width there:

Here is a sample screen shot:

On your wix site, you will need again to edit your pages.  Follow again the instruction how to add an HTML widget on your form from the user guide above and then edit the content.  I'm suspecting that after inserting, you have not saved the edits that's why the Advertise page does not show up.

While on the Selling page, you need to edit it again.  Please see to it that you have set the width and height properly on the widget for the form to show up correct.  Make sure as well that you have copied the correct code of the form for the said page.

Here is the layout of the wix page to edit your HTML widget:
