    I have checked your account subscription and you're under the Free plan.

    It seems your subscription has expired.

    May we know the form in question?

    To clarify, you're not receiving notification emails?

    Have you tried changing  your Sender email to noreply@formresponse.com

    We were on paid but it wasn't working for what we needed so I emailed
    before 30 days like your policy states and canceled but was never
    refunded. Emails attached
