How can I tally the selections made by users in my form and display them into separate columns in Excel?

Now I am working on a multiple choice selection where each choice number value needs to go in a different column.

No Children Attending = 0

Tea Sprouts Preschool = 1   

Frontier Elementary = 2       and so on....

so it ends up like this:

I'm assuming you're exporting your submission data to Excel. Sadly, what you're describing is not doable. Each field you add to your form are treated as a single column in your submissions page. This in turn will also cause all exports, reports and integrations (e.g. with Google Sheets) treat that field as a single column too.

I'm not sure what kind of results you want but maybe the JotPoll App is something that you can explore. This gives you a visual presentation of your data, which should work well with survey forms that use SINGLE CHOICE (radio button) fields.
