Address Element: require individual fields

I have the "address" section in my online waiver that I want to be required.  However, it seems that if some part of the address section is filled out but not all of it the program thinks it is done and lets the signer proceed with submission. (ie: Everything filled out except street address) I don't want to be missing part of thier address.  How can this be fixed?  Thanks!

The Address Form Element is detected as a single element, it would be necessary to create multiple text entry fields specifying each one as required.

You can shrink the elements in order to change the position to be next to each other like in the address element.
