I am noticing my CONTACT US form continues to disable itself on its own either shortly after a submission or within a 24 hour period. Is there something to fix this? I've had to reset it 3 times now through Preferences that was marked Disabled, but I never touched the permissions on it.

Hello kansascityparanormal. It seems that it's because of the submission limit that is set on your form. Every time you enable the form, it counts a number of submissions until it reaches the limit. You can view and remove the counter limit when you edit your form > Preferences > Form Limits > Set Submission Limit to zero
