I have created this form from a template

But i don't think it looks great and where do I add pictures. 

Basically I have three clothing items and they come in various sizes and I have 6 of each size, thats the best way to sell these online?

Thank you but I would like to upload a photo bigger than just a thumbnail? Something where the product can really be seen, like on any department store website? Can I not create a page with photos before they get to this page?
