PDF report selected in the email notification/autoresponder is not being sent correctly when they are sent using conditions

I have three different PDFs that are attached to emails based on various conditions.  The problem is that once an email is sent with a PDF if the form is edited and a new form is sent, the proper PDF is not attached.  The system uses the previously sent PDF regardless of the PDF that is supposed to be sent.

User completes form and receives confirmation.
Manager reviews form and marks it "approved with modifications"
User receives an email with the PDF "Capex Modification Request"
User makes modifications and the Manager reviews it again - changes status to "Approved".

User receives email with the PDF "Capex Modification Request" despite the fact that the Approval email clearly has the "Approved Capex" form selected.

Is each form submission restricted to ONE pdf?  The first one?  If so, what is the point of multiple PDFs within a form?

I was testing the same two days ago and it worked fine. Different notification/autoresponder with different PDF reports were being sent without any issue based on the conditions. All we need to set the required PDF report correctly in the PDF attachment section the email autoresponder or notification.

I have tested the feature again on a test form and it seems to be broken. Let me forward the thread to our backend team to take a look. If we have any news in this regard, you'll be updated here.

Also, I have checked your form and see that all the notifications/autoresponders that are enabled with the PDF report 'Capex Approval' except for the autoresponder 'Capex MODIFICATION > Mgr' that is selected with 'Capex Modification'. Please check all the email notifications/autoresponders on your form that are having correct PDF report selection.

    Thanks!

That is also a bug.  If you open/edit another form or create a new one, it changes all of your settings.  You have to keep going in and setting which document is supposed to be attached.

Also, the form doesn't update with any of the edit data.  It stays the same as what was submitted the first time around.
