    PayPal have prevented me from re-subscribing due to your reputation?

    Trying to renew my subscription. The automatic payment failed 3 times now. I'm unable to by via PayPal - this is what they said:

     

    "I understand that not being able to make a payment is frustrating, please allow me to explain this situation to you.

    I can confirm that the payment you're referring to has been stopped by our internal security system.

    To provide one of the safest online payment services our internal security system reviews every payment before it's approved. Occasionally, we must stop a payment. This is similar to the way banks and credit card companies work when approving payments. When a payment is stopped, it's not a reflection of you or your account activities, but rather we've noticed a pattern associated with higher-than-normal risk.

    I can't give you more detailed information as to why our security system has stopped your payment, nor am I able to override or manually change the security settings. Please be assured that this is a standard procedure for all payments going through PayPal and it's carried out in accordance with our User Agreement.

    Here's what you can do:

    Try to set up the payment at a later date Add funds to your PayPal account to cover the first payment

    To add funds yourself:

    Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.co.uk Click ‘Add Funds’ near the top of the page. Under 'You move money from your bank account', click 'Continue'. Make a note of the payment details (in red) and log in to your online banking to make a payment to your PayPal account. Your money will arrive in your PayPal account within a few minutes. We'll email you when it arrives

    Hi,

    I suggest you to follow what Paypal have advice you. Add funds in your account to cover the payment for your subscription renewal.

    Or, try to renew/upgrade using our new Payment Processor FastSpring, use your credit/debit card to pay. Use this links;
