No notification email is received upon submission?!

    When I make a submission through the form I have created, no notification email is sent to info@salisburycityrace.org.uk as per the conditions that I've put into the jot form designer.

    Please help if you can.

    Hi Rob,

    Can you try using noreply@jotform.com as your form notification "Sender Email";

    Or, Whitelist Jotmails IP Address (Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses) if you prefer to use the Email Field as sender.

    Thank you very much; that now works as.  For info, my hosting provider is krystal.co.uk; they need to add the jotform IP addresses to their whitelist I guess.

    Great! Yes, I'm sorry, you will need to ask your service provider to Whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses as mention on the guide given.
