Why is JotForm showing up in my Bronze subscription?

Hi there, Just purchased a bronze subscription and is rather supprised that JotForm is advertizing "Now make a form of your own, it's free" in the thank you window... I thought no branding meant, well... no branding??

Since you have Bronze subscription you can remove Jotform branding from your forms. It's done from your Settings page.

Please follow the steps below to remove JotForm branding:

1) Login to your JotForm Account

2) Go to Settings page.

3) Uncheck JotForm Branding at the bottom.

Please note that free accounts can't remove branding.

Ahhh, yes I see. Thank you :) I still wonder though: the made by jot Form has gone at the bottom of the form, but when I receive the in-built thank you "note" the "make your own Jot Form for free" advert still shows up... how do I get rid of that one?

I test your form and didn't see any advertisement at your thank you page. Please try in another browser or clear your browser cache. Maybe you'r still viewing old version cached by your browser. If that don't help, please provide screenshot with us.
