When I try to login it says: Login Failed - Suspended, how can I get back into my account?

    I have checked your account and it seems to have been suspended due to the Facebook profile information you're asking on your form: http://www.jotform.ca/form/82995264722265 

    I would recommend you to kindly send us an email to support@jotform.com from a corporate email address (not a free email address such as Gmail, Outlook and the like) explaining a bit about why this information is required for your business, please include this thread id in the subject "1631888" and let us know via this thread once you have sent the email so we can check it.

    Hi Kevin, I have sent an email of explanation but I do not have a corporate email address yet so I hope that's okay.

    As I check the account VLmarketing, it is active and good in standing. It seems that you have already deleted the guilty form from the account.
