All the labels on my form are gone. Help!!

I was editing my very long form and all of a sudden, the screen blanked and all my label and text content mysteriously disappeared.  I can't access my revisions to roll back either.  The form tab widget is also blank.  I have no idea how to fix this but I'm desperate as this is rolling out Monday AM.

I figured it out, was in Advanced formatting. Somewhere the color was changed to white by mistake, making it look as though everything disappeared.
