If you would like to clear your account's uploaded file storage to make room for new uploads, you can delete the files by deleting the submissions associated with it. However, please be reminded that a deleted submission can no longer be recovered.

Since that is the case, we encourage our users to download their submissions (and the files) first before deleting it completely from the account.

I have already downloaded the submissions to a separate database. The issue is JotForm indicates we 7.8GB of 10.0GB used but I cannot find where these records are as all my current forms in use have only a few active records. I want to make sure I clear out the storage before we reach the limit. I had deleted old records and deleted a user that is no longer part of our account. I have looked at all the forms I have visibility to and none have enough records to generate 7.8 GB. One of my earlier Jot Forms that I am no longer using disappeared from Jot Form view and it have approximately 2000 records with associated file uploads. I am concerned that is still active and now I cant view it to clean up/delete the data?

Very concerned about this issue as it affects are business process flow.

Thanks. I can see the storage of 2,554 submissions but I cannot access the form that these are associated with. Did the form get deleted or removed from the account? I am the administrator of the account. How do I get access to those submissions and the associated form?

I recalculated the Total Submission Storage of your account. The number of sorted submissions is now 587.
