notification mail is not sent to my email

    Hello,

    The notification mail is not sent to my email.

    What happens here?

    I have changed the noreply in the notification from the sender, my email should be on your whitelist and our provider has your IP Adresses.

    I don't understand.

    Hi Sandra,

    Your email address is IN our bounce list for the following reasons;

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Spam not welcome #240#'

    I have already removed it from the list. Please check this guide for additional information about this kind of issue: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues

    Hi Welvin

    How can that happen again? I have changed the notification mail  -> sender-email to: noreply@jotform.com over one weeke ago.

    We had a communication via email with a list of emailadresses and you removed it and told me to do the noreply thing and i did it with this client drusberg.

    Please take note of the reason, you may need to exclude our IP addresses from your spam blocker for this specific email address/host.
