cancel subscription

    I canceled my bronze account months ago, yet I still have money taken out of my account and it said again I have a bronze account.  I downgraded yet again today!

    I have checked your account subscription and you have recently upgraded your subscription to Bronze plan. If you want to cancel your subscription, kindly follow this guide:How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    After canceling your subscription in PayPal, kindly let us know so that we can process a refund.
