I'd like to downgrade to the free subscription, but when I click on the 'Downgrade' button (on this page - http://www.jotformeu.com/pricing) I get a pop saying 'Are you sure', I click OK but then nothing happens, please help!

I have downgraded your account for your convenience. Your account will stay premium until February 5, 2013. Note that you will not be charged again after this period.
