How to set up Welcome Page for card form?

Hi

On the Welcome Page, I would like to have words Client Questionnaire and the sentence that starts with the word ALLOW, to be on different lines.

How do I do that?

You can keep "Client Questionnaire" as a header and place all other text to sub header section:

If you need more customizable option, you can remove the Welcome Page and recreate it using Text element:
