Unable to change my Email Settings!??

    Please help!


    I sent a ticket in a few days ago and haven't heard from anyone.  I've changed my email address to my new company in the system but I'm NOT getting any notification to this email address (imahallati@fam1fund.com).


    Please advise... Thank you!!!

    Upon checking, it seems that you have two Jotform account. Please refer to the following information.

    Username: joemahallati (Free)

    Email: jmahallati@meridianmortgage.com 

    Username: joebug97 (Bronze)

    Email: imahallati@fam1fund.com 

    The email that you are trying to change already has an existing account in Jotform. Please refer the accounts above. Thanks.
