Hi, I have a client that is trying to fill out her form and pay using the link on the form, but for some reason her payment isn't going through. How can I troubleshoot what the problem could be? I've received her form filled out twice, but with no payment attached and she says she's typing in an amount. HELP! :)

I have checked your account and there are multiple forms connected to your Square account. I have tried submitting the last edited form https://www.jotform.us/form/81004569501147 using test credit card number. I see that the error message displayed as it should.
Could you let us know the form that you are experiencing the issue? Also, please check if you can make any test payment to the form.

cmarsh85Replied on November 6, 2018 at 12:43 PMThanks for looking into this.. It was on the Christmas Card Minis form... I have had several people use it and not have any issues, so it must be user error.. 😉 I'll just invoice her separately from the form. Thanks anyway! 😊
