Hello
we used Jot form last year as our club membership form, for the first time. It is excellent.
When our members renew Is there a way to retrieve their previous data that they added so they do not have to resubmit it all again every year.
regards
Mike Hayward

You can view all submissions of the form in the Submission Panel. Here's how to open the Submission Panel: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions
You can also download the submissions by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
If I misunderstood your issue, please let us know. Thank you.

last year our members added their personal data to the a jot form.
Now it is time to renew annual membership.
So when someone tries to renew, is there a way their old data/ form for
last year can be viewed by them, so they do not need to input all the data
again?
regards
Mike

Hello Mike,
Unfortunately, there's no way to fetch data from last years form to new form automatically. But, this time you can set up the form to pass data to next form. This would allow your respondents to use their unique link if the have already registered: How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Also, as my colleague has already mentioned, you can download the responses as excel file and attach it to your form. With the use of Spreadsheet to Form widget, you could pass respondents data to your new form: How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget
Hope this helps! But, please get back to us if you need further assistance.
