Good morning,
Last year I built several forms using a free JotForm account. I upgraded to a Bronze account when I reached the maximum capacity for free form submissions. I later downgraded my account after my project ended, but saved the forms in JotForm.
This morning I upgraded my account back to a Bronze account for a new project and revised one of the forms I used last year. I sent the link to myself to test the form. When I clicked on the link to access the form, I received a message that says "this form is currently unavailable!"
Please advise.

It appears that you have disabled the forms. You can enable them as shown in this screenshot:
