Hi! What happens if my 100MB space gets full? Do I manually need to clean now and then to be able to keep the free plan going? Thanks! //Johan H, Record Union

If you reached your 100MB upload space limit, your forms became unavailable and your intended users will not able to make any submissions anymore. To avoid this, considering you wanted to keep your free plan, you must always keep an eye to your upload space limit, if it happened that you almost reached your space limit, you can delete your submission data containing file uploads, this will reduce the upload space usage, and will help you to maintain your free account.

Note: Deleting form submission data is irreversible, it will permanently be remove in our servers, including the file uploads on them.

I recommend you to always have a back-up of the submission files, this will help you to storage valuable files in your local storage. Below are the guides in making such backups for your submission data:

    1. How to Download the Submission Files

    2. How to Export All of Your Data at Once

    3. How to Download Form Submissions as Excel CSV/PDF
