Hopefully this is the info you need to help me. It has been well over 3 hours since I have made updates and they still do not show.

Your form is up to date from my side. We use a Content Delivery Network, so there might be some slight cache issues. However, the problem may be also related to the cache from your side.
First of all, try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-check your web page. If that does not help, please let us know.
