card forms background issue

all with card forms

background image blur function causes weird lines and shapes intermittanlty on mobile screens so i have turned off the Blur function and replaced with an already blurred image.

section headers causing various mobile browsers to crash so i have removed section headers and replaced with text breaks (i contacted about this a couple of months ago and you fixed the issue but its back again in the past couple of days)

May we know if the issue is present only when the form is embedded?
