Cancelleing the current plan.

    I claimed cancellation for the current plan. I want to use the free plan for now on. I asked for cancellation few weeks ago and you still charge me for a plan that do not use anymore.

    To ensure your subscription is fully cancelled, please cancel it from the PayPal dashboard.  Here is more information regarding how to do so:

    I sent a request to refund your last payment.  You should see a refund of $19.00 posted to your PayPal account within the next 7-10 business days.
